How to Delete Your Account

Follow these simple steps to remove your data from Building Survey Pro.

    Open the App

    Load up Building Survey Pro on your device.

    Go to Settings

    Select Settings from the bottom app navigation.

    Find the Danger Zone

    Scroll down until you reach the Danger Zone section.

  4. 4

    Choose Your Option

    Here you can:

    • Remove Cloud Data — Clears all your synced data from the cloud
    • Reset Account — Resets your account to a fresh state
    • Remove Account Entirely — Deletes your account and disables auto-renew
